The strangest thing I ever ate was squid a.k.a calamari. I was about 8 when I ate it and I only ate it because I thought they were onion rings. I loved it but I wouldn't eat the ones that looked like octopus. I was at a restaurant called Johnny Rocco's. I like trying new foods and seeing what other flavours there are and what other people like to eat.
Well the weirdest thing I have ever eaten for breakfast was nothing because I love eating in the morning and I can’t really think about something that could that weird. Actually if I come to think about it was cake and I believe i was like 10 years old and it was chocolate cake. I tried at my house. I used to hate it but now I like to try new foods like two weeks ago I tried tai express .
Honestly I can't think of something weird I ate so... yeah. Yes I actually do like trying new things because you never know if it taste good and it's cool trying new foods from other places because it's not from here and it will probably taste good.
the strangest thing i have ever eaten is scorpion meat yes they do make that at the time i had no idea that it was scorpion i thought it was just chicken i was fooled i don't remember where we were specially but we were in a restaurant i know that i also remember my reaction witch was first nothing because i thought they were lying but when i found out they weren't i freaked out i practically threw up i think i was 7. I do not like trying new things at all i like to stick with what i know
Anything my mom cooks. It's like she's trying to make hell edible. With my favourite foods. Great job, at making me hate everything, mom!
...But seriously, she puts fried chicken on frozen fruit salad with ice cream and hot sauce and then says, "bUT i PuT ThE fOoD YOu LikE wHy AReN't YOu EaTiNG iT". It drives me nuts and I hope one day she can follow a recipe without adding her 'own twist' to it. Other than what my mom cooks, trying new types of food is pretty fun. Once, we were in an italian restaurant and all of my family chose spaghetti but I chose a big chunk of meat because I enjoy ripping apart the carcass of a murdered helpless creature.
I have never eaten anything strange. It scares me when i see it. And i basically run away lol. I hate trying new things. I stick to one habit all the time. So dear parents, and annoying uncles and aunts, DEAL WITH IT! But if you made me tell you the strangest thing i can remember is McDonalds.
The strangest food that I ever ate was calamari. At first I didn't want to eat because its a fish and it looked very gross. When my dad told me it was squid I was even more disgusted because squid to me is very gross! I tried at a restaurant in Ottawa with my dad and his friends. I actually just tried it last year, but I don't remember which month. So I was twelve when I tried it. When I first tasted it, it didn't taste that bad. All I could taste was the breaded part of it. My dad kept telling me that it taste like chicken, and he was right. I don't really like trying new foods. I'd rather stick to the foods that I like.
There are a lot of foods that I like to eat but so far people have said that they are kind of weird: calamari, haggis and oysters. I think that they are quite good. The weirdest thing that I have had was in Scotland, it was haggis. Haggis is like chopped up sheep guts wrapped in a sheep’s stomach with spices. It sounds gross but I think it tastes good and my dad agrees. Thank you for reading my blog!
The weirdest food i’ve ever tried was calamari which is squid. The first time i’ve ever tried calamari was when we were on vacation in Disney world. The texture was really soft and chewy and I did not really like the taste. I tried calamari when I was 8 years. Sometimes, I do like trying new types of foods but sometimes I don’t.
The weirdest food I've tasted was spicy calamari. At first it tasted weird, but then I ate more and got used to it...so it turned out really good. I was seven and it was when my dad took me and my sister to the CN Tower. Honestly I do like trying different kinds of foods, but it depends on what it is, and where it came from. Most of the time I will try the different kinds of foods, but sometimes I feel forced into doing it, which isn't enjoyable.
I have always loved dogs! When I was six I was crazy about dogs, I wanted to be one! I was also very imaginative and believed superpowers and other stuff like that. Anyway, in my six year old brain I thought if I ate a dog biscuit it would turn me into a dog! I wasn't too smart! Being that we had dogs as pets we had lots of dog treats at home. It tasted so salty and so bad, I had to scrub my mouth out! I learnt two very good lessons that day; First I learnt not to trust things from my imagination and secondly, dog biscuits don't taste as good as they look. I'm not a big fan of new food, but if it looks good and I know what's in it I'll try it. So that's the weirdest thing I have ever eaten, sorry if it was too weird for you!
Ok..so lemme get this out of the way. I love food. Especially sweets!! But when it comes to meals, I’m EXTREMELY picky and won’t try anything that I find looks or smells gross. So, I’ve never really tried anything gross in my life! Except for this ONE time where I drank this weird or cocoa that was nasty...buttttt I’ll have to say peanut butter would take the lead since I’m allergic hahah!!!!
I am not a picky eater I will eat anything so I don't find a lot of stuff gross that other people would. I like octopus, raw salmon, raw shrimp and cooked shrimp and salmon. I also like fish. But the thing that was gross that I did not even want to try was slug. My sister went on a fancy date with her boyfriend and they ate slug. It looks just as gross as it souds. Thank you for reading!
