Yes I'm looking forward to this week's events because I signed up for the video game tournament and it starts this Wednesday (Day 3) a.k.a Meme Day, I'm gonna rekt noobs with my quick scooping/no scoping skills (⌐▀͡ ̯ʖ▀). And yes I'm REALLY competitive! This school spirit changed my high school experience because it makes high school so much fun and a better place!

DeleteI'm not excited for pride week because of all the things you have to do it could be boring like pyjama day who is gonna wear that like that makes it much easier to bully people and you can get like dress coded for what you wear. I don't like doing this stuff because you get forced to do boring things and if the teacher says if you don't want to do it you can leave and if you do leave they so mad but they told to leave if you want. And overall the stuff we do is just not exciting and is boring.

DeleteI’m very excited for pride week because all of their fun activities. For example there was the pep rally that I really enjoyed. School spirit has shaped my high school experience in a good way because it just shows you that our school is a big family well most of us get along. In the pep rally the football team was really funny because they were really bad and they should take dancing lessons.

DeleteYes i am unfortunately i was sick and miss the first day of pride week but on tuesday i didn't what everybody was going to be doing. Wel l i like to believe a lot but other people have different ways to feel good at school for me it's just when you see people laughing and smiling and having great school spirit

I was SOOOOOOOOO excited!!! my sisters and my mom and aunt told me so many stories about pride week and how St. Thomas is known for their pride weeks! I was really excited for all the events like pyjama day and meme day and the dance! I think school spirit has shaped my high school experience a lot because I'm having so much more fun in high school and now I actually look forward going to school. Except there shouldn't be homework on pride week... Thank you for reading my blog :D

DeleteI think St Thomas is one of the best schools in the province. The reason why is because I personally don't think any other schools would do activities like our school. The pep rally was amazing. How they put all those hours for just a 45 minute assembly! Thats crazy! Also the terry fox day how many activities they put outside was outstanding. Thats proves how much the St Thomas staff cares about us kids to have an amazing experience in High School.

ReplyDeleteCan't really care too much about it. I still have work to do. I have more homework this week. More than usual. Exams coming up and nothing really changes. Yeah its nice to get a period off but im not into activities. School for me is just get through it, collect your homework and go home and have fun there. I don't really pay attention to others when it comes to school spirit.

DeleteI am having a lot of fun this pride week. I love all the activities.( especially pyjama day),and I can’t wait for band t-shirt day, I have a perfect shirt! But I’m kinda confused for meme day. I don’t know how to dress up, I think I’m just gonna where one of my shirts that says“Pug Life” . To me it’s sort of like a meme shirt. I find that our school has a lot of spirit; like at the pep rally, at the end everyone was so excited and it was so much fun. Our school spirit really has made my school year experience better because it makes me feel more welcome in the school. I am having a great pride week!
ReplyDeleteI've been tole stories about pride week by my sisters.. They said it was amazing! So far they have been true to their word but I'm sceptical. I think that so far the events of pride week have been wonderful, they have been showing me on how mostly all the students have school spirit. Personally I do not think i am going to fall for this mid controlling trap but who knows. :?
ReplyDeleteIm really liking pride week. The pep rally was cool but i still want to know who did the voice of the British narrator. I will do my best to find out who it is but i have a a good feeling that Hermione Granger in Harry Potter did that voice but i might never know. Pyjama day was cool i wanted to wear some pyjamas to school but I don't have any that fit because i usually get a pair for christmas. Meme day is going well I am still going to find a way to dress up as my meme today even tho im at school wish me luck.

ReplyDeleteYes, I’m looking towards Pride week. My sister told me how fun they are and that just made me feel more excited. I think that we are the only school that does Pride week at the same time as us and that makes us so much better then them!! I like the fact that the school scheduled different events during the week! At the beginning of the year I wasn’t expecting having this much fun in school at a random time. This shows that I will have the best experience in St Thomas ever!!! St. Thomas is amazing!!!!
ReplyDeleteI like pride week so far and I really liked the pep rally because I thought it was gonna be just a boring assembly, but it ended up being really cool and fun. I’m also looking forward to the band shirt day because I’m excited to wear my Kiss shirt because they’re my favorite band. When I wear the shirt, it makes me feel happy because it reminds me of the amazing concert that I went to see in the summer. I’m also looking forward to seeing other people’s shirts. School Spirit makes me feel proud of my school and it makes me look forward to more experiences.

DeleteI like pride week so far but I missed Monday so I missed so much. My friends are telling "the pep rally was so cool" and telling me about all about what I missed. I am very excited for the dance after school on Friday. I like the atmosphere of parties where I'm with all my friends and we have a lot of fun. I think that without our school spirit school would suck. You would wake up every morning saying "another boring day of school ahead". Instead for example when I woke up on Tuesday (I didn't go to school on Monday) I was like "YEAH PRIDE WEEK". Even if you don't have a activity or something that day you have things to look forward to besides the end of school.

ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to pride week! I loved the pep rally! I loved when they dropped the balloons and showed little video clips. I was especially looking forward to pajama day and brunch that was really good. I am also looking forward to ugly sweater day and christmas cookies! I think that school sprit and school activities make school better and more exciting. I think school sprit is really important because not all schools have school sprit, it also uplifts the students.
